FAHCE Machine Service Terms

FAHCE / AI Repair is operated by Max R.O.I. LLC under the Kingan Logic brand, an Alabama limited liability company, Alabama Entity ID 001-160-677. Company, billing, privacy and security contact: logan@kinganlogic.com.

Scope and agreement. These terms apply to purchases through the FAHCE machine API and incorporate the Billing and Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Data Handling Policy. The Privacy Notice describes information processing. The customer is the person or organization authorizing the purchasing agent, not the software agent itself. An agent must be authorized to accept these terms and spend the customer’s funds. After reviewing the published policies, submitting a purchase request with FAHCE-Terms-Accepted set to the published legal_documents.publication_hash communicates agreement to that exact published policy version. The publication hash and effective date are displayed on each policy page and in machine discovery. Public discovery and viewing policies do not by themselves create a purchase.

What you purchase. FAHCE provides bounded, evidence-grounded review, execution-claim checking and repair analysis of supplied material. It does not guarantee favorable findings, factual correctness, authenticity, legal compliance, professional certification or real-world execution. A deterministic receipt or content hash records the analysis and its content boundaries; it does not independently authenticate supplied evidence or certify that an external action occurred. Repair plans are proposals and are not executed in customer systems.

Diagnose, Repair and Verify each cost $0.15 per eligible completed operation. Repair Bundle authorizes a maximum of $0.39, with eligible actual amounts of $0, $0.15 or $0.39: $0 for a designated nonbillable/free-retry outcome; $0.15 for eligible completed analysis requiring no repair; $0.39 for an eligible completed bundle including a required validated bounded repair plan. Three separate billable operations cost $0.45. Prices are denominated in USD and collected in USDC on Base mainnet. A maximum authorization is a ceiling, not a guaranteed charge.

A valid, completed contracted evidence determination can be billable even when its findings are unfavorable, unsupported, contradicted or verification.verified=false. Invalid input, unsupported grammar, held or invalid repair plans, incomplete computation, exhausted processing budgets, processing failure and designated free retries are nonbillable. HTTP status alone does not prove billability or settlement; an unfavorable completed finding alone does not establish a defect.

Authority and responsibility. Customers must have lawful authority to submit their material and instruct their agents. Customers remain responsible for source accuracy, permissions, reviewing outputs and deciding whether to act. Payment grants only the purchased operation and its scoped result recovery. It grants no access to other customers’ information, administrative or owner functions, policy mutation or external execution. No invitation, manually issued API key or previously registered human account is required for an eligible machine purchase.

Appropriate use. This service is an informational analysis tool, not legal, medical, financial, investment, accounting or compliance advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for consequential decisions or safety-critical actions. Obtain appropriately qualified review where the decision requires it. The service is intended for authorized adult operators and organizations, not use directed to children.

Customer material and intellectual property. Customers retain their applicable rights in submitted material. Customers grant Max R.O.I. LLC a limited permission to process, store and disclose that material as needed to provide the purchased service, secure it, resolve billing disputes and meet lawful obligations, as described in the published policies. Customers may use, copy and adapt lawfully purchased outputs for lawful purposes. Max R.O.I. LLC retains its rights in FAHCE’s software, methods, branding and proprietary implementation. No rights in another person’s material are transferred.

Availability and third parties. Service availability is best effort unless a separate signed agreement establishes an SLA. Request limits, supported grammar, resource budgets, maintenance, security controls and payment-provider screening may affect availability. Customers control their own wallet and agent. Network fees and separately disclosed third-party fees may apply. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed or subject to provider restrictions. FAHCE does not guarantee USDC’s value or third-party availability. A charge discrepancy remains subject to the Billing and Refund Policy.

Warranty disclaimer. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE. MAX R.O.I. LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED OR COMPLETE RESULTS. This disclaimer does not excuse delivery of the contracted bounded operation or override the Billing and Refund Policy or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAX R.O.I. LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, PERSONNEL AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THESE TERMS FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR DATA. THEIR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT THE CUSTOMER PAID FAHCE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. These limits do not limit refunds owed for verified merchant billing errors, liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be limited. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain preserved.

Customer indemnity. To the extent permitted by law, a customer purchasing for business purposes will indemnify Max R.O.I. LLC and its members and personnel against third-party claims and reasonable resulting costs arising from that customer’s unlawful submitted material, infringement of third-party rights or unauthorized use of the service. This obligation does not cover our own breach, negligence or misconduct. We will provide prompt notice and reasonable cooperation; the customer may control the defense with suitable counsel and may not impose an admission, nonmonetary obligation or unreimbursed payment on us without our written consent. This clause does not impose an indemnity on a consumer or public entity where prohibited by law.

Suspension and changes. We may restrict requests for abuse, unlawful activity, sanctions restrictions, security incidents or inability to supply the contracted operation. Published changes apply prospectively, with a stated effective date; they do not retroactively reduce rights for completed purchases or authorize undisclosed new uses of previously submitted private material. No separate SLA or professional duty is created by these terms.

Disputes and mandatory rights. Send service or legal concerns to logan@kinganlogic.com. Applicable law determines jurisdiction and any non-waivable rights. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive a right to bring a lawful claim or shorten a statutory claim period. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. A separate signed agreement controls only where it expressly supersedes these terms.
