FAHCE Billing and Refund Policy
FAHCE / AI Repair is operated by Max R.O.I. LLC under the Kingan Logic brand, an Alabama limited liability company, Alabama Entity ID 001-160-677. Company, billing, privacy and security contact: logan@kinganlogic.com.
Diagnose, Repair and Verify each cost $0.15 per eligible completed operation. Repair Bundle authorizes a maximum of $0.39, with eligible actual amounts of $0, $0.15 or $0.39: $0 for a designated nonbillable/free-retry outcome; $0.15 for eligible completed analysis requiring no repair; $0.39 for an eligible completed bundle including a required validated bounded repair plan. Three separate billable operations cost $0.45. Prices are denominated in USD and collected in USDC on Base mainnet. A maximum authorization is a ceiling, not a guaranteed charge.
A valid, completed contracted evidence determination can be billable even when its findings are unfavorable, unsupported, contradicted or verification.verified=false. Invalid input, unsupported grammar, held or invalid repair plans, incomplete computation, exhausted processing budgets, processing failure and designated free retries are nonbillable. HTTP status alone does not prove billability or settlement; an unfavorable completed finding alone does not establish a defect.
A correctly completed, delivered eligible determination is not automatically refundable merely because the findings are unfavorable or differ from the customer’s expectations.
We review and correct verified merchant billing errors: duplicate charges; charges above the authorized amount; settled payments with no delivered or recoverable purchased result; and settled payments for a genuinely nonbillable operation. Approved refunds cover the erroneous amount. We cover ordinary network fees for refunding our verified merchant billing errors.
Report available purchase, receipt, request or transaction references through https://fahce.kinganlogic.com/api/v1/machine/refunds/disputes or logan@kinganlogic.com. Please report within 30 days where practicable. This preference does not forfeit non-waivable rights or automatically bar later reports. We aim to acknowledge a billing inquiry within two business days and provide an initial determination within ten business days. Complex cases may require additional authoritative settlement evidence; these targets are not a guaranteed SLA.
References and claimed wallet addresses do not alone prove charge or beneficiary entitlement. We verify the purchased operation, actual charged amount, billing-error category and beneficiary entitlement. Missing or uncertain provider evidence remains pending reconciliation; no charge or refund is presumed. If the original response is lost, seek recovery or reconciliation before authorizing another payment.
Blockchain payments are not automatically reversible. Approved refunds are separate USDC transfers on Base to a verified beneficiary-controlled destination. We do not automatically refund the originating address, which may belong to a custodial exchange. Destination verification uses a fresh limited-purpose proof where supported, separate from entitlement review. We never request private keys, recovery phrases or seed words.
An authorized operator approves each refund and separately controls transfer signing. The application does not autonomously sign or send refunds. We record approval, transfer evidence and confirmation separately, prevent duplicate reimbursement of the same erroneous amount, and preserve the original analysis receipt. Applicable statutory remedies remain available.
