FAHCE Machine Privacy Notice
FAHCE / AI Repair is operated by Max R.O.I. LLC under the Kingan Logic brand, an Alabama limited liability company, Alabama Entity ID 001-160-677. Company, billing, privacy and security contact: logan@kinganlogic.com.
Information processed. The machine interface receives submitted text, evidence labels, request headers and network metadata. Generated determinations may reproduce portions of submitted material. We also process purchase and receipt identifiers, content hashes, timing and usage metadata, protected recovery-token verifiers and information supplied for billing, destination verification, security or privacy requests.
Purposes. We process this information to deliver and recover purchased results, authenticate narrowly scoped access, prevent abuse, measure service operation, investigate errors, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not request wallet private keys or recovery phrases. Submit only information you are entitled to provide and minimize personal or confidential information.
Providers and processing. Machine requests pass through Cloudflare’s edge, Workers and D1 services, with platform logging, network telemetry and backups. The current paid machine-analysis path uses the local deterministic engine and does not call a model provider or training job. This statement describes the implemented analysis path and does not promise that providers never process information under their own service terms. The separate human website uses Datadog browser monitoring. The generated machine documentation and machine API do not load those browser scripts.
Sharing and legal requests. Information is made available to infrastructure and other service providers as required to operate the service, authorized reviewers handling customer requests, and recipients where disclosure is lawfully required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. We do not claim that information is never shared. Machine purchases do not grant access to private operator or human-account records. No specific geographic data-residency commitment is made.
Retention. New paid-machine private results have a 30-day primary-content retention target measured from purchase reservation. Normal customer recovery ends at the recorded expiry. Unresolved transactions or disputes, lawful holds and other required preservation may retain serving copies longer for restricted review without extending ordinary recovery. Provider backups have a separate lifecycle. We retain minimal financial audit records for at least seven years from the end of the transaction year, extended for later relevant events, applicable law and holds. This is our adopted retention standard, not a claim that seven years is a universal legal requirement. Raw customer evidence is not included in that financial standard merely because payment occurred.
Deletion and recovery. Eligible primary private-result copies are removed by scheduled database controls. Deletion does not promise immediate erasure of provider backups or lawfully preserved copies. Public receipt identifiers, body hashes or claimed wallet addresses do not authorize access. Recovery requires a purchase-scoped credential or separately verified original-purchase entitlement. We do not guarantee recovery after expiry or when required ownership evidence cannot be established.
Your requests. Contact logan@kinganlogic.com to request access, correction, deletion or exercise other applicable privacy rights. We verify authority before sharing private information and may retain records required for lawful obligations, security or disputes. Applicable rights depend on the law governing the request; this notice does not waive them.
Children and sensitive information. The service is intended for authorized adult operators and organizations. Do not submit children’s information, health records, payment-card data, government identifiers or other specially regulated data without a separately agreed suitable arrangement. A general machine purchase does not establish a healthcare, regulated-data or professional-services agreement.
Changes. We publish material notice changes with an effective date. Changes do not by themselves authorize materially different processing of previously submitted private information where additional notice, consent or another lawful basis is required.
